1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Snifox tool at snifox.com or its subdomains (visastat.snifox.com, fileconverter.snifox.com, linkwatch.snifox.com), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Service Description

Snifox provides a set of free web-based utility tools, including:

• Ireland Visa Status Tracker — displays publicly available visa decision data sourced from ireland.ie
• File Converter — converts files between formats (PDF, Word, Excel, images) in your browser session
• LinkWatch — a paid subscription service ($8/month) that crawls your website weekly and emails a report covering broken links, redirect chains, slow pages, and SSL certificate expiry

Free services require no account or sign-up. Visastat email alerts, the Visastat Application Guide, and LinkWatch require payment via Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record).

Visastat Email Alert — a one-time $2.00 purchase that sends a single email notification when new embassy decisions are published for your application number.

Visastat Application Guide — a one-time $3.00 purchase for instant access to a document-checklist and refusal-reasons guide covering Ireland visit, study, employment, and join-family visas. See Section 12 for full terms.

3. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Snifox is an entirely independent, privately operated service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to:

• The Irish Embassy in New Delhi or any Irish Government body
• VFS Global or any visa processing agency
• Any other government, embassy, or official institution

Users should always verify important information directly with the relevant official source.

4. Accuracy of Information

The Ireland Visa Status Tracker displays data sourced from publicly available government systems. While we make every effort to present this data accurately, we do not guarantee its completeness, timeliness, or correctness.

Data may be delayed, temporarily unavailable, or differ from what appears on official sources due to caching or network issues. For official and authoritative information, always consult the relevant government website directly.

5. File Converter

Files uploaded to the File Converter are processed on our servers solely for the purpose of conversion. Files are deleted immediately once your download begins — nothing is stored, logged, or retained.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to convert any file you upload. Do not upload files containing confidential, classified, or third-party copyrighted content without appropriate authorisation.

Conversion quality depends on the complexity and structure of the source file. The File Converter makes a best effort but cannot guarantee perfect reproduction of all formatting, fonts, or embedded content.

You agree to indemnify and hold Snifox harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from a file you upload, including claims that the file infringes a third party's copyright or other rights. Uploaded files are never stored (see our Privacy Policy) — if you believe a file processed through this tool infringed your copyright, contact contact@snifox.com with details and we will investigate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Snifox tools are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, these tools.

This includes but is not limited to: decisions made based on visa status data or consequences of file conversion errors.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts or bots to make excessive requests to our services
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent rate limits on any Snifox tool
• Use these services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload, convert, or otherwise process content that infringes any third party's copyright or other intellectual property rights, or that is otherwise illegal
• Misrepresent the source or affiliation of these tools to other users

8. Third-Party Links and Services

Snifox tools may link to or interact with third-party websites and services (such as ireland.ie, educationboardresults.gov.bd). We have no control over the content, accuracy, or availability of these external services and accept no responsibility for them.

Google AdSense and Google Analytics are used on these sites. Their use is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. LinkWatch — Subscription Service Terms

These additional terms apply to LinkWatch (linkwatch.snifox.com), a paid broken link monitoring service.

Subscription and billing

• LinkWatch is a recurring subscription of $8.00 USD per month per site, billed until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). Your card details are never seen or stored by Snifox.
• You will be charged $8.00 immediately on sign-up, then on the same date each month.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe & cancel billing link in any report email. Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will be made. You can resubscribe at any time.

Refund policy

If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and have not received a report, you may request a full refund by emailing contact@snifox.com.

Service limitations

• LinkWatch crawls up to 300 pages per site per week. Sites with more than 300 pages will have the first 300 crawled.
• Reports are delivered every Monday morning. The first report arrives within approximately 5 minutes of subscription (may take longer for large sites).
• We check broken links (4xx/5xx), redirect chains (3+ hops), slow pages (>3s response time), and SSL certificate expiry (30-day warning).
• External links returning 403 (bot-protection) are excluded from broken link reports as they are typically accessible to real users.

No warranty

LinkWatch is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% detection of all broken links or issues on your site. Results depend on the site's accessibility to automated crawlers.

12. Visastat — Application Guide, Referral Program & Reviews

These additional terms apply to the Ireland Visa Status Tracker (visastat.snifox.com).

Email Alert

• The Email Alert is a one-time $2.00 USD purchase that sends a single email notification when a decision is published for the application number you supply. It relies entirely on the relevant embassy continuing to publish decision data in the format we monitor; we do not guarantee a specific delivery timeframe.
• If the embassy source we monitor for your application stops publishing decision data publicly, changes format in a way we cannot parse, or otherwise becomes unavailable before your decision is detected, you may request a full refund by emailing contact@snifox.com with your order reference — no time limit applies to this specific situation.
• Outside of that situation, the Email Alert is a discrete one-time notification service and is otherwise non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.

Application Guide

• The Application Guide is a one-time $3.00 USD purchase for instant, permanent access to the guide content, delivered by an emailed access link.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record). Your card details are never seen or stored by Snifox.
• Refund policy: you may request a full refund at any time using the link in your receipt email, or by emailing contact@snifox.com — no time limit applies.
• The guide is general informational content summarising official Irish Immigration Service checklists at the time of writing. It is not legal or immigration advice, and requirements can change — always confirm current requirements on the relevant official page before applying.

Referral program

Each verified past customer gets their own unique referral code (sent by email after their purchase is confirmed). A new customer enters that code — not an email address — when purchasing, to receive a discount on their own purchase; we look up who the code belongs to internally. The referring customer does not currently receive any reward or compensation when their code is used.

Guide purchasers separately receive a one-time, self-redeemable bonus code entitling them to a free email-alert subscription for their own application.

Reviews

Anyone may submit a review of Visastat. Submitted reviews are manually checked before appearing publicly; we may decline to publish reviews that are spam, abusive, or that we cannot verify relate to genuine use of the service. We do not edit the substance of a review we choose to publish. Reviews reflect the individual submitter's opinion, not confirmed or endorsed by Snifox.
